POSITION DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & Employee Experience, the Manager, Total Rewards will provide support and leadership with the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company’s compensation, pension and benefit programs. This position also supports and provides oversight for change management, recognition programs, and policy management, ensuring programs and offerings are market-competitive to help attract, retain and reward employees. Provides leadership and guidance to HRIS administration and metrics for the People & Culture department.

The Electrical Safety Authority COVID-19 Vaccination Procedure requires ALL ESA employees to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to date of hire. This is a condition of employment for all employees at ESA to perform their employment responsibilities.
